This is also a walk next to the river Lathkill. Starting at Over Haddon, the road drops down to the valley floor along to Moneyash heading to the topend or Youlgrave heading to the bottom. The return journey follows the Limeston way or across fields respectively dependent on how much time we have and which direction we decide to walk in. Further details will be on the diary page.

There are 2 different routes we may take, on this valley route; Mayfield to Thorpe or Waterhouses to Ilam.
Both meander along the valley floor , catching the river at some point.
