These walks concentrate on reaching an area with little other walk traffic, which is peaceful and allows you to practice some basic yoga moves in the open air away from the stress and thoughts of everyday life.
We will just concentrate on salute to the sun, a few balances followed by seated posture meditation.
There are 2 types of walk where we will look to practice yoga; by water or high up. Look out for the yoga option on the diary pages.
